Return Policy (All Sales Final)
All sales are final. Because our trays are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, color, or custom design preferences.

Our Promise: If We Make a Mistake
If we made an error on your order (for example: wrong design, wrong size, incorrect personalization) or your item arrives damaged/defective, we will make it right.

We’ll evaluate and offer a remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Please do not send anything back unless we specifically ask you to. If an inspection is needed, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Custom, Handmade Variations
Each tray is handmade. Small variations in color, pattern, shell placement, or finish are normal and part of the craft—these are not considered defects.

Shipping Damage or Carrier Issues
If your package arrives visibly damaged, keep all packing materials and take photos of the box, label, and product. Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim and provide a remedy.
