🧵 Handmade & Processing Time
Each piece from Rodas Habesha Art is handcrafted to order.
Please allow 5–10 business days for us to create, finish, and package your order before it ships.
If we anticipate any delay (for example, during high-demand seasons or for custom designs), we’ll notify you by email.
🚚 Shipping Options & Rates
We ship both within the United States and internationally.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, carrier, and package weight.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
🌍 International Shipping
We’re happy to offer worldwide shipping.
International orders may take 2–3 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Please note:

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier’s system.

⚠️ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our workshop and is handed to the carrier, Rodas Habesha Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package arrives damaged:

We’ll review your case and work with you to find the best solution — this may include a repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
